All rates are excluding tourist tax, for the gîte (3-star) it is € 1.11 pppn.
All rates are exclusive of mandatory final cleaning, €50 per rental period.
Pets in consultation, surcharge per pet €25 per week.
Deposit of €250 per booking.
In the high season the gîte can be rented per week and the changeover day is on Saturday.
Outside the high season, the gîte can be rented for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and the day of arrival is negotiable.
The owners live on the top floor of the house. Of course you will not be bothered by this during the rental.
The gîte has its own entrance and enclosed garden.
